What we call Christian doctrine owes more to the First Ecumenical in 325 AD than it does to Jesus. He was solidly opposed to a worldly church but the Niceans not only threw out most of the extant writings, they also overruled Jesus’ core teachings and create the church with, astonishingly, themselves as its leadership.
Jesus’ life between ages 12 and 30 is entirely missing.
