There's a Dutch guy on here who writes about scrum; he's a decent guy, he's sincere, and he really believes, but even he is starting to show some doubts.
Talked to an old friend from Microsoft, who resigned when he got shafted on his annual review for not doing enough to project himself (his work was stellar). He had never heard of pair programming.
I envy him that.
