I insist on distinguishing the two types of people artificially merged by that five letter abbreviation. They have nothing to do with each other.

I came out in Norfolk, VA in 1974 where the entire gay scene was centered on drag queens. I never knew one who had a job nor did I ever know one who didn’t steal from the soon-to-be-ex-friends gullible enough to give them accommodations. I never gave one a room but they stole whatever they could from me anyway.

And I just don’t see the point of pushing yet another way to divide people into opposites. Were it not for the attack in progress on clarity of language I wouldn’t even comment on any of this.

Anyway you sound like a smart guy so it’s surprising that you don’t recognize the pattern of treating people who are 95% on one’s side as bitter, hardened enemies. This isn’t limited to “trans” people; extremists of all types (right wing politics, social justice warriors, second amendment junkies) all exhibit the same behavior. Rigidity In orthodoxy.
