Scrum turned my 30 minute commute to a 90 minute commute and I didn’t get paid for an hour driving in rush hour traffic, which is a seriously fucked-up way to start a day where the quality of my work depends on my ability to concentrate.
A daily meeting is a daily interruption and requires people to work onsite, which means they have more interruptions.
