It’s all discipline. In the mid 90s I was on Zoloft and ballooned up to 230 pounds. I didn’t exercise and I indulged my appetite. I couldn’t stand it. I stopped the medication, went on a diet and dropped to 170. Since I restored at least 50 lbs of muscle at the same time I lost over a hundred pounds in nine months.

And I’ve kept it off. At 65 I have a 31” waist and I use over 300 pounds in some upper body exercises.

The last ten pounds was extraordinarily hard, not worth it, and came back as soon as I relaxed a little. But I weigh 80 kg and I am not getting fatter.
