In the tropics fat makes staying cool a lot harder.

I rarely went out in the USA, nothing was in walking distance, I don’t like malls, so the only place I saw crowds was the grocery store.

One day I had a recruiter interview in downtown Seattle fourteen blocks from where I worked so I walked. It was a shocking experience, like walking through a leper colony. Nearly everyone I saw looked diseased or something and yeah a lot of them were very overweight.

Having been through the whole diet thing and knowing how hard it wasn’t I have no sympathy for the obese; its a choice, and if they make that choice and don’t like the way people treat them they should change their choice.

As to the general topic of shaming I am getting really tired of social justice warriors. I hate what they’re doing to English with the singular they and the dumb neologisms and I see them as being just like far right conservatives in their rigidity,
