I’m only going to learn it because there are a lot of remote jobs using React Native but I really dislike weak-typing languages, and the dialectizing of JS is a real inhibition. I offered to learn it on my last gig, where I was the ASP.NET server developer, and both the other developers advised me to stay away, that since they had learned it the language had morphed into madness.
