I just cam off a project where we did a daily scrum, at least that's what they called it, did it over Zoom and I hated it.

There should be a rule about videoconferencing: no screen sharing without a solid reason. I had to watch some guy with a voice like an ice pick wiggle his mouse over a screen where I could neither scroll nor select, never once doing anything that required seeing his screen. It felt like my machine had been hijacked.

I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with scrum. I can't want till agile, scrum, and TDD go out of fashion.
