I have thirty two years of experience. Even condensing the first sixteen years in a summary how am I supposed to fit it on one page?

And I am not going to write code in an interview. That may be acceptable for a junior developer but I refuse to do it anymore, whether standing at a whiteboard or over some videoconferencing software.

And the questions are stupid. Developing a good algorithm is the work of hours if not days of solid concentration and you can't concentrate in an interview.
