Facebook claims billions of members. This isn’t true. The great majority of so-called members have created a new account, clicked Like on some Indian software company’s lousy iPhone game, logged off never to log in again, then created another account. There are buildings full of squints who are paid to do this all day. Create an account, click Like on the product, log off.

The Indian company then grovels for outsourcing business on LinkedIn claiming tens of thousands of Facebook likes as evidence of their prominence.

Try asking a technical question on LinkedIn and behold how many bad-grammar responses you get from Indian outsourcing companies offering to solve your ee-SHOO for you.

I use FB to stay in contact with friends back in the USA. FB has never gotten a penny from me and my client software blocks their ads. If I see a right winger, I block it.
